  5. Flexible Payment Options
    You can pay for premium features using the following methods:
    • Online Payments: Securely pay via card, or bank transfer. Your payment details are protected, and only transaction confirmation is shared with us.
    • Cash Payments: Receive payment instructions to complete your transaction at a nearby bank branch.
  6. Changes to Membership Packages
    Easy Marakeng reserves the right to modify, add, or remove membership packages, adjust pricing, or update payment methods at any time without prior notice.
  7. Refund Policy
    Payments for premium features are non-refundable, except where required by law. Refunds will not be issued if:
    • Your ad is removed due to a violation of our Terms of Use.
    • You choose to deactivate or delete your ad.
  8. Expiration of Membership Benefits
    Membership benefits, such as Featured Ads, are valid for 1 month from the date of purchase. If you do not use the benefits within this period, you will forfeit the opportunity to use them, and no refunds, replacements, or compensations will be provided.
  9. No Automatic Renewals
    Membership packages are not subscription-based. You must manually renew them each time you wish to continue using the benefits
  10. No Performance Guarantees
    While membership packages can increase visibility and attract more buyers, Easy Marakeng does not guarantee specific outcomes, such as the number of views, inquiries, or sales. We are not liable if the results do not meet your expectations.
